Susan's Special Needs offers the following shipping options. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes.
Note: PayPal accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Susan's Special Needs accepts VISA and MasterCard only if you wish to place your order directly with Susan's Special Needs.

Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped 2 Business Days. Email us at susan@susansspecialneeds.com for shipping cost.
5-7 Business Days
Shipping method cutoff times during the last 7-10 days before major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Chanukah, Christmas) may differ from our regular cutoff days and times.
Shipping Details:
- Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order
- We will notify you of your product shipment date and if your product is on backorder
Backorders:
- We will notify you immediately if your request is on backorder
- If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time.
Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately, at no additional charge, when they become available.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by UPS.
- You will receive a UPS tracking number to track your shipment
- Alaska and Hawaii items ship via UPS 2nd Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
- Canada and International: Due to the high cost of duties, taxes and brokerage fees Susan's Special Needs will only perform Canada and International shipments upon special request. Typically the minimum fee for shipment over and above the shipping charge is approximately $50.00. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
- International: We will estimate your shipping fee based on your country of origin and size of package. We will notify you of your shipping fee prior to processing your order. You will be responsible for any duties or documentation required by your country. |
